Will Montgomery is a solo practitioner in Dallas, Texas, who represents both individual and corporate clients in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations, at rates lower than those at large law firms. ​Will is also a mediator who guides parties to a resolution of their disputes economically and efficiently.   He founded his firm in 2019 after a successful 35-year career at three of Texas’s leading law firms. He brings decades of insight, experience, and judgment to each case, each person, and each problem.  Because he is a solo practitioner, Will avoids overhead in order to keep his fees reasonable.   

 

Will also mediates disputes.   His assessment of the merits on both sides, born of experience in hundreds of cases, gives parties an objective view of their positions, to help guide them to resolution.  Having seen firsthand the emotional and monetary costs of prolonged litigation, Will works hard to help others avoid those costs by reaching a compromise they may not otherwise have thought possible.
